Windows In Stock

Absolutely top notch service! Eddie and Edgar are beyond helpful, gracious, and a pleasure to work with. The main business now is wholesale, but we needed help with a retail sale from years ago. Eddie welcomed us, identified the problem, sent help and got it fixed right away. I am sure he provides the same service for his wholesale customers. This is the kind of great family business that is too rare nowadays, and a joy when you find it.

We were sent to Windows In Stock by another company because of the unique sizes we needed for our windows. Even at the very end of the day, Nuno was an absolute delight to work with. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and patient. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. I will definitely be back.

Pricing is reasonable. It is good to support local business. Will definitely come back to buy from them again.

They are the best , hard working great funny attitudes, calm you down when your upset your windows aren't in yet (obviously not there fault) I went in there and the windows were supposed to be in but they weren't. I got for upset because of job scheduling and she immediately got on the phone called amd made sure my windows are going to be on the truck the next day, amazing! They all seem to really like there jobs , the owner has been xling this for 60 years if you need any windows of any size and style or screen doors or a variety of options for your front door go to them and byw when they say as soon as the windows or doors came in they call right away like in 10 minutes, plus they have so much stock, all different size windows and doors. Plus they have there office where you go to pick up your doors and windows but 5 minutes from there they have a small warehouse full of doors ND windows. This is the only place i buy doors and windows once I found out about them about 2 years ago. Definitely go there for all your window and door needs!

I asked Ed from Windows in Stock to help me identifying a replacement crank for an older window that had no manufacturer name on it. There are hundreds, if not thousands of different cranks in different catalogues and I was at a loss where to start. Ed's experience was invaluable. He advised me what and how to measure and he spent a good amount of time with me finding the original part and then a replacement because the original was not in stock anywhere anymore. This was just a small piece for less than $100, yet Ed was patient, friendly and welcoming throughout the whole process. He took ownership of the problem and left nothing untried. I highly recommend Windows in Stock. Their experience, customer service and friendliness are unmatched.
